The Customer or User declares that all data provided by them is true and correct and commits to keeping it updated, notifying “Solid Glass Brick” of any modifications. The user will be responsible for the truthfulness of their data and will be solely responsible for any conflicts or disputes that may arise from their falsity. It is important that, for us to keep personal data updated, the user informs “Solid Glass Brick” whenever there has been a change in their data. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee its truthfulness.
EXERCISING RIGHTS
The LOPD and the GDPR grant individuals the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is processed by “Solid Glass Brick,” they may exercise their rights. To do so, the user must contact us, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID card or passport), either by email to bujalance@bujalancecocinasybanos.es, or by written communication to the address shown in our Legal Notice. Such communication must include the following information: the user’s full name, the request, the address, and the supporting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be exercised by an authorized person as the legal representative of the individual. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided. The user may request the exercise of the following rights:

DATA RETENTION
De-identified data will be retained indefinitely. As for customer data, the retention period for personal data will vary depending on the service the customer contracts. In any case, it will be the minimum necessary, and it may be retained up to:
– 4 years: Law on Offenses and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations related to affiliation, registrations, contributions, payment of salaries, etc.); Arts. 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law (accounting books, etc.). – 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without a specific time limit). – 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices, etc.). – 10 years: Art. 25 Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
Users of mailing lists or those added by Solid Glass Brick to social media pages or profiles will be retained until the user withdraws consent. Candidate data (CV), if applicable: In case the candidate is not selected, Solid Glass Brick may store the CV for up to two years for future job openings, unless the candidate objects.
