The Customer or User declares that all data provided by them is true and correct and commits to keeping it updated, notifying “Solid Glass Brick” of any modifications. The user will be responsible for the truthfulness of their data and will be solely responsible for any conflicts or disputes that may arise from their falsity. It is important that, for us to keep personal data updated, the user informs “Solid Glass Brick” whenever there has been a change in their data. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee its truthfulness.

EXERCISING RIGHTS

The LOPD and the GDPR grant individuals the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is processed by “Solid Glass Brick,” they may exercise their rights. Users of mailing lists or those added by Solid Glass Brick to social media pages or profiles will be retained until the user withdraws consent. Candidate data (CV), if applicable: In case the candidate is not selected, Solid Glass Brick may store the CV for up to two years for future job openings, unless the candidate objects.
